Increasing amounts cfCAR-DNA occured concurrently with increasing amounts of reference DNA. Every CAR-T cell harbored the CAR-DNA and the reference DNA ( TERT ), which were both released from apoptotic CAR-T cells. Accordingly, the ratio of CAR-DNA and reference DNA was constant.
